The Position

We are seeking an intermediate Civil Engineer for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor, manage projects, and support our clients with expert guidance from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed designs for civil infrastructure projects, including roads, water systems, and sewers.
• Prepare design briefs, technical reports, and contract documentation.
• Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and technologists, supporting their growth and development.
• Lead the construction administration phase, ensuring project goals and standards are met.
• Manage projects, serving as a primary client contact to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Oversee civil construction activities, providing sign-off as the Engineer In Charge.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer designation in British Columbia (or eligibility for registration)
• A strong technical foundation with 4+ years of experience in municipal, transportation, or land development engineering
• Valid BC driver’s license
